Until 2021, in Russia youth is the population aged 15 to 29 years old, which forming labor potential of country. Currently, share young people 15% total Russia. This group not homogeneous. It includes students secondary education system, and vocational professionals. article analyzes how enter market, what are characteristics their work, participation specialists, who have received a diploma education, period coronavirus pandemic has affected market employment. The purpose this study analyze employment modern identify promising options for gaining experience while combining work with education.
